Spinner for Ticketmaster.com

I need a programmer to design me a system the will automatically search for tickets on [login to view URL] without me having to enter the security word or the numbers of tickets needed. I want this program to have parameters that I can define, such as number of tickets wanted, and when to buy tickets according to section and row. I also want the program to play a noise when it finds some of the tickets that I am looking for. These spinners take the grunt work out of searching for tickets on Ticketmaster for ticket brokers. The user defined properties will need to be a specific show and specific sections that I am looking for. Ticketmaster has releases of tickets all the time for various reasons, i.e. people going over the limit of tickets bought, or venues releasing last minute tickets, and they are very difficult to pick up without an automatic program searching for them. I would also like the program to contain periodic updates if possible. I am willing to pay some pretty good money for this program if the designer will guarantee it working correctly. ## Deliverables 1) I want the program to automatically search for tickets to events that I define. I also want the program to buy tickets for me with me personally being at the computer. 2) I also want the software to be able to be loaded on multiple computers, not just one. 3) User defined parameters are a must, because I don't want this program to buy tickets that I am not comfortable with. 4)Periodic updates to continue the program working correctly is a luxury that I would like to have. I also want to tell the program when to search for the tickets based upon the Central time zone in the United States. The browser must refresh only every 2 seconds for this to work. If you refresh more than that, [login to view URL] will shut down your IP address for several minutes, and by that time, you will be unable to get tickets for the events. 5)I don't ever want to enter the security word for the tickets on ticketmaster.com. I want the program to be able to figure that out and search tickets for me. ## Platform I want this program to run on any windows software.
