This project is urgent and our client would like us to aim to complete it for Friday 7th January (12:00 GMT). The bid consists of two components, the site and the booking system. Ideally we would like a coder who can do both components, but we are also interested in hearing from coders who can do one component. If you can do most of this but not all of it for reasons of available skills or technology, please tell us.

The Booking System: Six different service options are offered, in two different towns. Customers will select their town and then book a particular service for a particular day. They cannot choose a time, just a day. The system needs to record the town, the service, the date chosen, and custmer details, and email them to our client. Customers should be able to book up to 28 days ahead. They should be able to book up to 3 pm on the day before the service is required. eg, to make a booking for Tuesday the customer must book before 3 pm on the Monday. Each different service takes a different amount of time. The total amount of time the client can work is 8 hours per day, so the system needs to add up the times for each service booked for each day, and each time a customer tries to book a service the system must check wheteher there is enough free time left that day. If there is enough free time left that day, the booking is taken, if there is not enough time left, the customer should be given a message 'Sorry. The day you choose is fully booked. Please choose another day.' (We are happy for you to use any pre-existing free software or scripts in order to achieve this, as long as it doesn't incur licensing costs to us or our clients). Details of the times each service takes, the customer details needed etc, will follow. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
