We have clients who have word documents with images and we need a way to automatically allow them to save them in true HTML form with images properly housed and refered.
If you are not clear on what I mean - try and put images into a word document, save is as an HTML page, and then email it to a friend - they will see red X's where the images should be, and the document will likely be formatted differently.
We need a way to have someone save a document (like the attached), or have it emailed to them in the right format (for example - they could upload it to a web page, and have it emailed back to them in the correct format - or any other method you would suggest or propose.
Bottom line - the HTML must look exactly like the word document attached - even when it is emailed from person to
person.

One correction - this can be a standalone application. it doesn't have to run on the web.
