Add 3 features to a PHP upload script

- Sorting accuracy. The field used for sorting files that have been uploaded is set when the user uploads a file(s) during a session. If the user chooses to upload more files but changes the field used to sort them it does not take and field form the first upload is used. This seems to be a session bug. -Add ability to create sub-Admin accounts. This would allow a sub-admin to access files uploaded to the server and send files to users but not change settings in the control panel. - Add option to send more detailed upload information to the user when their files have been uploaded. Currently an email notificaiton goes to the admin of the upload script as well as the user sending the file. We would like to add more detailed information regarding the file that has been uploaded to the user so they will have more detailed confirmatio regarding what was uploaded and received by the server. You can go through a demo of the code at [login to view URL] A test evironment will be provided with FTP access. We will need to know ALL files that were modified.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
