URGENT: Website and database ISAPI and Delphi

PROJECT TO BE COMPLETED ON APRIL 23. TECHNICAL STRUCTURE OF DATABASE AND ITS RELATION TO HTML TO BE DONE BY APRIL 16. PRODUCT: SmartCard that prints a receipt for purchases. The main database of these purchases is already being made by us. We need the databases of the website to connect to it and display info on different areas: CUSTOMERS: Individuals, Businesses with 1 master customer and several customers, or Corporations with customers in several branches. Only individuals and Master Customers can access history of purchases and details. SALESPERSONS: Can view own sales, sales of their 2-tier organization, monthly quota met, comission made, contact data of downline. CARDREADER DISTRIBUTORS: Won't have downline. Can access sales, clients data, commisions, etc. BUSINESSES THAT WANT TO AFFILIATE: Show info and how to affiliate to buy CardReaders. ## Deliverables PLEASE, POST A BID ONLY IF YOU TRULY CAN DO IT IN TIME: ,MUST BE FINISHED ON APRIL 23rd! You design webpages and the databases, relations between them and the webpage, and the online, real time updating of the site. You give us the source code not compiled and we compile it and upload to our server. A very initial description of the webpages follows: 1. To buy, visitor enters password of referring salesperson or show random password. Show signup page. 2. Save data and assign a transaction key in case they need to close page and return later (no need to reenter their info). 3. Show quote for purchase: amount per customer and per location, tax and shipping costs. 4. Ask if they'll use credit card, bank deposit or pay later. If credit card, show page to authorize charge. If bank deposit, show a printable pop-up with the actual deposit slip. Connect with our bank system to get a "Reference Number" so the system can know when they deposit and can determine whose purchase it is. 5. Ask if cards are shipped to one or every location. 6. Review all data. Master customer assigns privileges for customers (delete, edit, add info). On our end: 8. When credit card is approved or deposit is thru, print cards, shipping labels and receipt. 9. Send confirmation email to customer. 10. Update customers database with new customers data; sales database with sales data, so salesperson and upline can check their statistics; comissions table with sales data. 11. Once per month, check salespersons who met requisites. Run comissions program. Print checks. Actualize accounting and fiscal systems. 12. Once per day connect to main database to retrieve daily movements of cards use and update customer database. You must deliver as follows: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The main database for our product purchases is being developed by us in Borland's Interbase, so the website will have to connect with it. The database you develope must be DB ISAM, with non-persistent queries and no mosaic. You give us the source code NOT COMPILED. All design is to be done using ISAPI, and NO SCRIPT LANGUAGES. So you can NOT use asp, PHP... The site has to be IN SPANISH. For simple diagrams of info flow see attached files.
