241117 Joomla City Portal...

I have an existing city website and want to develope it into a feature rich city and community portal. I am looking for an experienced Joomla professional to either customise an existing template or develop one from scratch to work with Joomla. Channels would include: Classifieds, Business directory, Real Estate, Trip Planner, Picture and Video galleries, Events calendar, Community self-publishing, Email list management, Jobs/Recruitment, Chat/Forum, eMall, shopping cart, Coupons, Postcards, Automotive, Announcements, News, Sports etc. There would also be a facility to setup second-tier administrators with permissions for certain areas of the site. In your bid, please include you experience level with Joomla, 3 live examples of relevant Joomla work, and if you will do this custom or clone from something else. I do not require the development of something completely new. If there is something that I like we probably only need to do some changes. So there should not be to much work for you on this. Again, this is for experienced Joomla professionals, and you need to have time to do this project. It should take max between 20-25 man hours depending on the best way to implement it. I would want to have it completely finished, including debugging and documentation in no more than 2 weeks.
