Need software created to analyze onpage search engine optimization factors, such as titles tags, alt tags, bolding, etc...

Hello, I need a small application built that will show me how competitive a certain keyword is in Google. I have attached very detailed specs for this project. It should be very simple and basic. The one thing I want and that is important for me, is that the program looks "pretty". I don't want a program created that has the typical gray GUI. I would like the programmer to use a skin, so the program looks nicer than the typical gray GUI. If you can provide example of nice looking GUI's you've created in the past, please send those over to be considered. Thank you.
