A teacher has a data file called [url removed, login to view] that contains the students id# and 3 test grades. the file would look like: 111 100 100 100 222 99 80 65 223 60 50 50 (student id, then 3 test scores on each line) with a max of 30 students The program is to take each student and calculate his/her average and assign a letter grade in descending order. It should also have the avergage of each test. Output should look like the following: Dr. Boudreaux-Thibodaux CIS 250 Fall 2001 Final Grades ID Test1 test2 test3 avg grade (these as headings) shoud be sent to an output file called a:[url removed, login to view] use functions and arrays
