Online Streaming Website (ASP X required for windows media) w/ embedded ads

The specs are as follows -

The site will be using the mp3 and wma media tags (artist, genre, etc, etc). The site will be divided using the Mp3 tag information into the top category that I define. SO, if it is category1 and category 2, and I drop bunch of files into the category1, all of those files would than can be sorted using Artist, Genre, etc.. etc but they can not be shown in category 2.

This site will be dealing with music. I will provide music for users to listen whie on the website as well as run an online streaming station (which they can listen using windows media player). You will write an online tool that I can point to the local directory and it will "insert" (meaning into the website to be viewable by the users as music available to listen under category1, category2, etc.. etc).

The site is divided (theoretically) into portions -

Portion one -

This portion will be similar to what dishant (please [url removed, login to view]) is offering, where the users of the site are able to stream off of the web live using the mp3s at the host while not downloading the actual music file but ONLY be able to listen, create listen lists, etc (read [url removed, login to view] for more information on this).

Listener for this website - The listener program has to be made in a such a way that we should be able to embed a code for the advertising. That also means, a settable time when it automatically refreshes the ad that is within the player itself. On the side of this player, the user can drag and drop the music files which are sort of "virtual" links since the user will never be able to download the actual file. Select can be made various ways, (ie, the whole album or specific songs).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
