THIS PROJECT IS FOR 10 HOURS OF YOUR TIME, so we can work together and see how things go. More work will be given if we like what we see.
What We Need!
I am seeking for a developer / programmer who is very well rounded in many areas of development and design. This is a per hour position and plan on using someone anywhere from anywhere from 5 - 20 hours per week to start and once we have someone we like we will give a lot more work and projects. This person of course must have a bit of a flexible schedule. Hoping to find someone in the time zone +5 to about + 9 meaning someone India to China time zone. I am in Los Angeles, I have my development manager in europe and we need someone in Asia to keep moving these projects forward after my business day is done. So it is a very strategic timing we are looking for. I can show you time charts to further explain in great detail.
Anwyays, first off I am seeking someone with experience and knows what they are doing and can work independently and can manage multi things at once. We have plenty of work and not enough good people who are fair, need little explaining and can get the work done. This position will be very general, anything from data entry, programming, graphic design along with double checking, testing and so on. I need someone who knows programming inside out yet is willing to work on other things. The more skills you have, the more work I can get you and the more projects we will work on together.
About Us
We are a marketing company dealing with pay per click, seo, affiliate marketing, analytics and web development. Lots of room for growth in web development, Please provide samples of your work with links and links to your website if you have one to be considered seriously. We are willing to work with other companies or individuals who know what they are doing. If your a company that might make it even easier for us but budgets might be a problem. We are seeking someone in the 3 - 5 dollar per hour range. Everything depends on experience but we do have a budget. Please do not bid if you will want double or triple the amount of money, I am seeking a LONG TERM Partnership but need to start small. We have plenty of work for the right person.
Requirements
1. Samples of your work and lots of them!
2. An experienced programming with asp / php / js / mysql and ms sql is a huge plus!
3. Must have graphic/web designer experience in photoshop and other software
4. Must have good understanding of how databases work, how data is structured, any advanced excel and sql is a HUGE HELP!
5. Must have common sense and a good eye to understand quality! No templates PLEASE!!!
6. Understanding of CMS, joomla, mambo and others are a HUGE plus!
7. Understanding SEO Strategies and what pay per click is a HUGE plus!
8. Project management, wireframes, and other communication skills are a big part.
9. Someone fair and a pleasure to work with, We will always respect you and expect the same.
10. Payments will be made by gaf escrow or by paypal directly.
11. Windows server administration is helpful but not a requirement.
12. Any marketing, copywriting, and pay per cick experience is very helpful.
13. Flexible schedules truly will help, lots of last minute projects and task to do.
14. Communication would take place by emails, instant messaging, and rarely by phone if needed.
15. This person will need to understand english clearly and be extremely orginized since 3 - 5 new projects are emailed back and forth in 1 day. We always have project management software to keep updated.
16. This person is likely to start their day between 4pm to 6pm Los Angeles Time which is pacific standard time and can work until 1am - 4am PST but of course it varies per day. Some days will be few hours here and there.
