Editing an existing WEB site.

I have an website that needs some edits and minor changes. The site was used for a few years then shelved, I am now resurrecting it. Key changes include some changes the text in the site (I have most of these ready to go), the main menu bar at the top of each page needs to be fixed (I am removing a Try-Before-You-Buy option and adding a SPECIALS button). And I would like a new 'eCommerce' page designed that essentially only sells one product (current page sells a number of items). eCommerce needs to link into Protx commerce engine (account is being set up now) and I would like an online database tracking all sales. Any sale created needs to also be sent via email to me, so I can easily make a mailing label to ship a cd to the customer. The current site sends out a unique code to a BUYER so that they can download a PDF file. I would like to preserve this code and change it slightly: I would like a code to go to the BUYER to download 10 PDF files at one time (from a ftp server or something else), and allow access to the ftp site up to 3 times before the code expires. Thereafter the code will not work and the Buyer needs to send me an email to release a new limited code. I would like to add to the commerce page an option for a CD to be mailed to the customer (and appropriate shipping/handling fees) will be calculated. I have generated specifics 'per page' of what i want done and can invite you to review the attached DOC file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform SQL, ASP, HTML, MS backend. Some simple graphics and a small flash movie (flash movie already produced and working 100%). I have loaded site to a secure directory for review - contact me for login details.
