Build and develop a trade only site to sell excess stock between site members.

to develop a website for trade only access. The site is to sell off excess stock between trade suppliers - and only to other trade suppliers, so therefore requires registration and authorisation before gaining access to the site. 2-3 Information pages explaining what the site is about will also be required. The site will take a commission off buyers for each item sold - probably 2-3%, but it will be free to list items. We would like this commission to be variable, although it will be set for everything across the whole site. To gain access, companies will need to complete a form, which will also require them to "deposit" a credit card number - similar to ebay. This is not an auction site however, as pricing will be fixed for each item. We need the ability to add product categories to the site, but the addition of all products will be done by the users, so a CMS type interface will be required with general access to the registered users of the site - to the products section only. Here they will be able to detail the product for sale, and upload pictures, set pricing etc. There should also be an anonymous contact facility through the users accounts - if they want to contact each other it is done anonymously. It would be envisaged that each product listed would have a unique number, and would not contain direct reference to the person selling it. Given this is a trade only site we do not want trade suppliers who may ultimately know each other to end up avoiding using the site through contacting each other directly. As an option - we would also like to incorporate a mail manager/newsletter manager if at all possible. This would be to send weekly/monthly emails to those who have registered on the site with details of the products listed. As part of the package we would also need logo design, overall design of the site, abd anything else you may think would be relevant.
