50577 Member Center/Newsletter/Cart

I have a telemarketing system that needs some additions. There is an admin center, member center and telemarketer center. We need a good php/mysql programmer that is very proficient with Smarty Templates. Additions include: creating html templates for the newsletter, several other smaller modifications to the newsletter, installation and integration of shopping cart with one page in admin center that pulls reports from orders in cart. There are other minor bug fixes and feature requests involved too. Please no brokers, i would like to deal directly with the person actually programming.
