76800 custom spell checker

This should be pretty simple for a good programmer! I need a spell check system that will highlight misspelled words and show the recommendations in a drop down menu as I hover over the misspelled word. Clicking on a selection in the menu should replace the incorrect word with the selected word. The program should be able to import new words. I don't want a complicated installation program so I would like for this to function from an ebook type html compilation on my desktop.
