Add filter to dynamic table

Hello,
I am looking for someone that can create a filter for my dynamic table that I created with PHP/MYSQL and dreamweaver
The filter will be on upload date/uploader & Categories
You will have to code the filter and add some basic comment so I can use it in the future let me know.
