date repair in existing script

I had script build by programmer. When I create new user I have various fields. One of the fields is date in the form. It's setup that I can choose year 2014,2015,2016, 2017 from drop window. Worked fine in 2014, but now when I choose 2015 or 2015 in only enters 2014. I need that to be fixed. Original programmer is not answering. I need the fix ASAP first. After that I will need more mods work. Looking for reliable and honest programmer. This fix will take only few minutes for the right person.
