I want someone to create a platform for me which can be used to send bulk sms. I will need delivery report, bulk sms capability and ability to upload mobile numbers list from excel. It should not cost me more than 5-6 paisa/sms. If possible I would like to use an API like kannel which is free. NOTE : I DONT HAVE AN API. I want to use Kannel as a gateway if possible else use an API which doesnt cost me more than 5 paisa/ SMS. Only bid if you can do this using Kannel or use any other API which is less than 5 paisa/sms

I already have done this type of project. I can modify it for you. You just need a cell phone connected to the server from messages are to be sent. This app can send 6 messages a minute. And cost per sms will be as much normal sms sent from your cell has. You may buy any package as you do for your personal needs.
