A few Wordpress Customizations

Hi Freelancers,

I have a few points here that I need help with.

1) Remove the second blue call to action area seen at the bottom of the single portfolio item page: [login to view URL]

2) Follow this the contact page [login to view URL] and recreate it here: [login to view URL]

Just a single image on the left will do (instead of a slider). And copy the same form css as what is shown in the example and do it on Gravity Forms plugin.

For the content area only, we will use our existing site navigation bar instead of the dtelepathy menu.

3) Make the blue strip image (same image as the call to action area at the bottom of [login to view URL] ) show properly and clearly on [login to view URL]

4) Fix spilling out menu items when viewed on ipad portrait

That's all.
