Billing Software This billing software is for a Computer Hardware Retail Store, which has a day to day sales and need a simple but neat billing software Checklist ____________ 1. The Software has to run in windows and it should be easily to install and would appreciate an installation guide if it is going to be sophisticated. note: Sometimes you may install this in multiple computers and should be ready to do that. 2. Invoice Date has to be auto generated 3. The Invoice Number has to be auto generated , it should be a combination of Year month date and a number eg : Todays date is 07/25/2017 and the invoice number for today shd be 1772501 and 1772502 and so on and next day the invoice number should start with 1772601, 1772602 and so on and the following day 1772701, 1772702 and so on and when moved to next year it should start (5th jan 2018)with 1810501 4. Final Invoice must be printed and stored in a folder (PDF Format) simultaneously 5. Invoice detail will be entered manually eg : [login to view URL] , Item ID, Items , Quantity, Price , Amount 6. If any mistake is made, when invoice details are entered and print option is given , to correct that there should be an Edit option (must) 7. Option should be provided to enter Customer Name and Details, if required (Check the attachment), if no information is entered, that should not reflect in the invoice 9. When quantity and price entered, total should be calculated automatically, every time a change is made in the price or quantity the total should update automatically 10. Option should be provided to enter details whether the payment is by Cash or Card or both, and that should reflect in the Final Invoice 11. Disclaimer should appear in all the invoices (at the bottom) - All items will have 30 days warranty for exchange only , No cash refund. - Few items may not carry any warranty such as Discs , Ink and Toners, Kindly check before buying 12. HST is 13% should be added default whenever total is obtained (Check the attachment) 13. The Look and Feel of the design should professional design and all items should be aligned properly - Time is Key and we would like to have it at the earliest , Full payments would be released once the product is tested and free of bugs, Kindly test the product thoroughly before deciding to install. - If any of the item in the checklist is not present or doesn't function properly, payment would not be released until it is rectified. - There may be new features to be added, should be flexible to accommodate those requests for nominal cost and time.
