Weekly YouTube Beauty Video Editing (extended)

I'm a full-time YouTube creator who makes easy-to-follow, step-by-step, happy beauty & hair tutorials with a help of a few like minded team players. We serve our loyal viewers, brands and small businesses reach their targeted audience through our positive videos. It's rewarding for us to know that we're helping our audience feel better about themselves through our videos. Our goal is not to make money from our viewers, but to create videos that actually touch and help our viewers feel happy through our light-hearted how-to beauty videos. We'll shortly be launching our own brand of products and this is where you come in. We're now looking for a passionate video editor to join us and take over editing my weekly Youtube videos. Come build our brand with us! This is a long term position. In addition, you'll be making said video's thumbnail, and a short, 15 sec clip of it's video to be used on our Instagram account. I'm not just looking for any editor though, I'm looking for someone who's positive and feels that the glass is always half full, someone who wants to continue this journey with us. This person must be able to increase the current production value of the editing on my channel, mostly through better on screen text styles, fun sound effects, professional looking color grading and light photoshop work for better photographs that can be used in the videos or in our thumbnails. Furthermore, this person will need to be able to complete a 4~8 minute video, which should take no longer than a day to edit, within 4 days. Once you get hired, we'll start you on a 2 week training course, which you'll be paid $75 per video for, then 120$ per video after that. We'll gradually increase this rate as we continue to branch out. This job will be an on-going job for 1 person, but before I hire that person, I'll first invite a few of you to this on-going job into a temporary, invite-only testing job. In this trial job, I'll send you a link to our YouTube channel to ensure that you'll be comfortable working with us, and give you a short 30 sec clip for you edit, so we can see your style. We'll then award the best candidate from this trial.
