RESIZING AD FILES

I HAVE MAYBE 100 TO 150 files. Most files are wither pdf or jpeg. There are a few png file s and a very few word files. Within the filename of the ad, it either says halfepage, quarter page, full page or eighth page, which will indicate the size the ad will need to be. I will give exact dimensions. Most of the ads are fairly close to the size, but there may be some are portrait but should be landscape. I DO NOT MIND IF THERE IS SOME DISTORTION. For example if the ad is 7.25 wide it will need to be 7.5. Do not rebuild it, just stretch it slightly. I will need the following step done 1.) if the ad is not grayscale, convert to grayscale in photoshop 2.) Based on file name, resize to spec. (example: [login to view URL]) half page ad is 7.5x5. My customer may have just saved it on a full 8.5x11 page. All you may have to do is just crop out the white and resize. 3. Save as a jpeg, making sure to preserve whatever original resolution there is. 4)It will be extremely important to keep the files in folder by the original name. These are ads for a souvenir book and represent people who bought ads to support individual debutants I NEED ALL OF THESE BACK ASAP, HOPEFULLY BY IN THE MORNING. I NEED TO WITHIN HOURS!!! SO THAT I CAN BEGIN BUILDING THE PAGES IN INDESIGN
