Photoshop a series of photographs of a realestate shoot to put in blue skies and enhance each photo

I photograph houses but don't always have time to edit them to look fantastic. I want someone to do things like make the skies into pretty blue skies, not only in the outside shots, but through the windows where you can see glimpses of sky etc. This must look reasonably realistic. Also the interiors often need 'pushing' to balance the inside and the outside and to be made to look nice and natural. I also want the ceilings to look smooth and not patchy, with no colour casts. I have uploaded some before and after examples of what I would want. The number of photos I would expect enhanced would be around 25 and I would need it done within a few hours.
