Full time Perl and SQL developer wanted

I have various projects that I need completed quickly, so I am looking to make a full-time hire. We will make a payment agreement for the first week as a testing period, and then we can agree on longer contract for projects forward. I will pay a low weekly salary, with the bulk of the payment being released on a per project basis. Good english skills are required so that we can speak on the phone. You will also spend a significant amount of time explaining aspects of the code to me. The job will go on for at least a month, and hopefully more if we develop a good relationship and I am pleased with the timely, effective completion of the projects. All of the projects will require knowledge of perl and sql, and an ability to write clear, simple code.
