Seamstress/Pattern Maker

I require a seamstress to sew made to order women's wear garments. Designs are relatively simple and consist of a blouse, skirt, dress and top. Fabric and thread will be provided. I already have patterns but they may need some tweaking so knowledge of pattern making will also be useful. As this is a made to order process an ongoing relationship and good communication would be ideal.
