I need a tutor for Node js

This project has been written in Node .js and I need to use the Okta Provider to do the same thing in Terraform. I've already handles the part This project involves sending http requests to an Okta OAuth server on behalf of an app/microservice that speaks to other services in a company. We query the OAuth server with the client/service's clientid and its OAuth token, and then receive a response. We look through the body of that response to find the fields that list when the clientid was issued, and when the client secret expires. We pass that Json into an object, strip it of those two fields, and then send it back to the sever so it will "update" and send us back a response with the client secret.
