Build and Deploy a 3-tier NodeJS solution to AWS ECS

I am looking for someone with knowledge of scalable/repeatable AWS deployment setup. I am an application developer but my AWS knowledge is limited, so the help I need purely is the DevOps, deployment and networking side of AWS. Core Goal (Must Meet) * Construct a basic 3-tier application (see attached diagram) that consists of a UI, Public API server, and a private API server. Applicant may choose to implement any logic of wish, the diagram just suggests a simple say hello application for the point of illustration. You may use the source from the Github repository ([login to view URL]) or the attached zip file. * All 3 tiers of the application would need to be containerized, and the docker images should be stored on AWS ECR (in 3 different repositories I assume). * The entire solution needs to be deployed to Amazon ECS Fargate, and all steps would need to be scripted as shell scripts for repeatability and upgradability). * The solution also needs to contain documentation and script on how to deploy future update to the private API to ECS. Stretch Goals Any additional architectural and security improvement to the solution would be welcome, they are not limited to the following: * Include additional networking components or AWS components such as API Gateway * Include additional documentations on updating other containers in AWS * Inclusion of reverse proxy solutions such as NGINX or ALB so the UI and public API may be presented as coming from single host (ie, http://myapp/ for UI, and http://myapp/api for calling the public API) * Add CI/CD integration would be a big plus. The award would be based on values delivered, the more stretched goals delivered with lower bid would raise the likelihood of award. Please include the stretch goals you would be able to achieve in your proposal.
