Continue development of Node.js proxy server

I had a proxy server developed in node.js however, my developer had some personal issues and can no longer work. The node.js proxy server is working well for me, however it's not working for everyone, due to network issues, it's also having the following issues. Your job will be to develop the proxy server and fix the current bugs; 1. Fix issue with proxy not working on Chrome extensions (seems to be auth related issue, as loops asking for proxy user:pass when you enter proxy details) 2. Make sure the software works with IPv6 addresses 3. Solve issue of software not registering devices in database 4. Help improve error reporting when some users can't get it working on their side (by adding more status messages to interface to help user figure out where issue lies in the chain of possible issues - UPnP issue?firewall issue? port issue? isp issue? other? or network restricted meaning it's impossible to run the software) The app is just a few small files, not to big at all and you should be able to get your head around how it works in an hour or so.
