Network consists of 3 Windows Server: Fileserver, Domain Controller and Exchange Server. All Servers hare virtual machines (Citrix XEN) The issue to be resolved is described here: [login to view URL] There is at least one machine, where the issue does not occur, but the majority of outlook installations do show the error. OS Language is German. You would get a TeamViewer session to a Computer with XEN Center where you can operate on the virtual servers as well as a session to a testing machine where the error occurs (a machine not showing the error is also available). A member of our team will join you in the session to assist with german language and general questions.
