Expert in networking, proxy, browser fingerprints needed for automatic reposting

I need an expert for start a project of automatic re-posting of an ad. The candidate needs to have solid knowledge in order to be able to avoid the website restrictions ( they only allow 2 ads daily) and I need 10-16 ads to be posted on a daily basis. I ONLY provide 5 phone numbers, ad's description, pictures and 10-20 accounts. The candidate should post the ads independently and will get payed at the end of the month.
