Deployment of Jabber with Cisco UC540

I have 4 Sites all connected together via Site to Site VPN using UC540 in each site,
all 4 UC540 have IOS 15.1(4)M6 and software pack 8.6.2
I need to deploy Jabber on Android mobile phones when out of office to be able to do inter-office calls or to use the FXO lines connected to the UC540 of any site
