Hi, I understand that you have printer software running in country1 and is connected to three printers. The software is licenced. If the software licence is binded with the Mac address of processor ID, you will not able to install it to another server (rented). For this you will have to buy another license from the nicelabel Software company. Based on my experience in the Networking and infrastucture domain i would suggest you to create a VPN from country2 to country1, therefore you can print directly to the printers (as long as print server and printers are accessible.) I will be abe to the do the VPN setup for you. This is quick solution came to my mind.
