Need Python Script to Edit PSD File

I need a script that will edit a PSD file using Python.
The PSD file is a mockup of a hoodie. The hoodie has 5 parts, front, left sleeve, right sleeve, left hood, right hood. The PSD file has 5 smart object layers, one for each part.
I need a simple web page with 5 image uploaders. each image uploader will be linked to a smart object in the PSD file. After I upload the images, the script should insert those images into the corresponding smart object in the PSD file. And then just display the entire merged PSD image in PNG format on the webpage.

I have attached the PSD file and the images that will be used for each smart object. The attached image [login to view URL] is what the final image should look like when you display the PSD as a PNG after the images have been inserted into the PSD file.
