These assessment should be easily searchable, printable, downloadable and can be shared thro email The assessment added would choose its date and time automatically but can be modified user can create as many assessment as he wants. There are default some assessment we would provide for the user, and they are about 50-60 forms These assessment should be export We should be able to export the form to excel We should be able to export all assessment of Client into one excel We should be able to export specific type of assessment of client we should be able to export same assessment of multiples client We should be able to pick up a field data in the assessment and export that particular field of the one client or multiple client we should be able to export assessment of same location client and their same type of assessment we will provide you assessment in infopath forms for reference of these 50-60 default assessment form
