Moodle plugin for attendance and grades

Experienced in moodle - customization, module/plugin development. Please check feedback of clients in moodle projects. An attendance plugin is already available for moodle and grade is a default feature of moodle, do you have some different idea of getting Attendance and Grade through plugin development.?
