Tweak Android OS to let it inflate the complete scroll view

We are developing an android app. Below is the summary of the part where we want your help. We have the root access to the android OS running on the device. A system app needs to be developed which will always run in the background. It should detect the foreground view of any other running app. This foreground view might be a hierarchy of scroll, grid and linear layouts with elements like buttons and image views. Use the following process will detect the view. 1) Using Java reflection API, ActivityThread class will be accessed which has all the activities in paused/resumed/running state. 2) Using above, the current Activity that will be in running state will be accessed. Now that we have access to Activity class, it gives access to the application’s UI thread, views, resources, and many more. 3) Currently Android only inflates elements/views that are visible on any screen (device height). (o Layoutinflator is a component that is used to convert layout xlms to view hierarchies or objects. And this conversion of xml to view objects is called inflating) 4) A tweaking to the android LayoutInflator class will be done so that the whole scroll view is inflated.
