Hi The price that I put include both design suggestion and app development. I can implement both ios and android applications. I can use React Native as a Language, so by writing one code it will work on both ios and android devices. Regarding the payment system for this project I can use In up purchases. For Pronunciation android and ios has build in abilty to implement it easly. For putting words into the app I suggest you to do it by excel file , so you put your word in excel file and I automatically input it in the system. Or if it is static and will not be changed in that case we will use static information.
