i need an app developer on both Android and ios

Custom Order Request Hi, I need the following application (android and ios). I will try to explain but I kindly ask for understanding that I have no experience in this matter. A user could register and login. The application has to connect to a specific electronic device through bluetooth spp protocol. The device has the following state: power off, power on/ready to work, working/performing a program of choice, programming state. When the device in a state of programming the user can choose one of say 10 or so special programs that he can be sent to the device from the application to be saved in it (program period is about 10 -60 min). As an option I would like that during the program a pre saved or customized background music will play. As an option I would like on starting a program automatically transfer the phone to air mobile phone mode. The user can see a state of device like ready to work state, working/performing a program state, programming state as well as the last saved program. The application saves user history of connection with device like date, time of starting and finishing the program, program code. Also user can get a pre saved recommendations for program choices and schedule depending on profile and last program of choice. I would like to get your feedback. Have you understood my description? If so how much time does it take and what is the price for your premium service?
