I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I want to build a android app like Instagram but insted of posting videos it be be including posting of GIF's, which are taken by people from camera or from media [login to view URL] finally, this app will include posting of images and GIF's .And Gif's will be created automatic when user enters in GIF mode and after GIF is made then it will be [login to view URL] video all features will be there like chating. profile and all that (all).
