Local Photo Uploader -- reopened -- 2

Have the need to upload photos taken from an iPhone to a local SMB share on an internal file server. These photos may need to be reduced in quality size prior to being uploaded to the SMB share on the internal server. The user would take photos and then select the photos, they would be prompted for some additional details (make model of truck for example) then the app would have permission to create that folder on the file share and upload the photos to that folder.
