Load XML File from url, then send sms with paramaters.

Very simple android app, with the option to enter an url then send sms. How will it work. When app is open or in background, the app should connect to the url. Read the url, and send text message with url parameters. It is ok if the app can read from XML or JSON wichever is easier for you : The URL will have only two parameters: Number and Message If URL is empty app will not do anything, until I add a message on the URL. I will provide the URL so no need to do this part. You will only be doing android part. Sample of the XML: <sms> <recipient>(215)979-3000</recipient> <message>This message should be sent to recipient</message> </sms>
