LED Flash Light App / LED Torch App: Design, Code, & Help Publish An Android Application

We are here looking for a programmer who can make for us quickly a LED Flash Light App / LED Torch Application that we can submit to Google Play. The App should be able to have an option to display an Google Ad-Sense Ad on top of the screen. Here is a sample of an App we are looking for: [login to view URL] We do not have have a sketch nor a design. The developer should be able to design, code, build, and provide a mobile app ready to be submitted to Google Play. We will need an original source code of the app and it must be original - not a duplicate of an existing app. Freelancer should be able to submit app right away to Google Apps and make sure it is approved under our Publisher Account Name. Then, we will release the last part of payment. Payment Schedule at end of each milestone: 15% at end of App Design. 15% at end of works on Admin Panel & Backend. 15% at end of Native Android Coding. 35% at end Successful App submission to Google Play. 20% at end of Testing works & project completion.
