Food Truck Subscription APP

‘FOOD TRUCK & CAFE’ APP OVERVIEW We're currently doing social and digital marketing for The Truck Stop which has a headquarter cafe and a fleet of food trucks operating in multiple locations around LA. We are looking to help them develop an app that would be primarily for subscribers to their monthly meal plan. For a flat fee it allows users to place orders via the app at any time and pick up their food at one of the selected food trucks or cafe destinations. On the backend they would like functionality for the user to select where they want to pick up their food and have that direct that particular order to the respective food truck location. We'll obviously want to feature some form of location / truck tracker so people can see where the pickup or order locations are AND their respective menu options. SUBSCRIPTION MODEL (Overview) Truck Stop has a monthly all you can eat program where members can place orders in the app, and pick them up at the trucks. That is what we are trying to build. There are two companies we need the app to be able to communicate with. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] ADDITIONAL Questions & Clarifications: 1. Acuity is their subscription CRM. It's the sign up and login tracker for the subscription service. 2. Initial phase/build will only have to service new/existing subscribers and not be a fully operational ‘order-online’ menu for everyone. However long term would be that a subscriber or non subscriber could order more (outside the subscription amount) which would require any amount of payment and not a fixed price/total. 3. The meal subscription is unlimited meals / day / person with a limitation of one meal every 2hrs. So the idea here being a person wouldn't be able to order a meal from their subscription if they have placed a meal within the last 90min. 4. This ‘ordermark’ integration is imperative as it's how the orders get fulfilled by the "kitchens". 5. Subscription is a monthly with no commitment so the tenure is 1 month and a user can cancel at anytime.
