Develop an Android mobile game, similar to karaoke

I am looking for a developer to build an Android based game, in which users sing over some MIDI tracks that I have composed. I wanted to state at the outset that I value confidentiality very highly, so I am happy to select a developer with a higher price, if they can show they can be relied upon to keep the details of this project secret. I have also put the NDA and IP Agreement conditions on this project. I am trying to avoid a situation in which I hire a developer to build this app, and they then sell the code to other people, causing the app store to be flooded with knock-off versions. Once again if this means paying a higher price to avoid this, then I am happy to do so. I have developed some wireframes of the screens that will make up the game, and a detailed description of the game. However, I am planning only to share these with the developer who I select for this project (again for confidentiality reasons). As a result, I will give a description of the key features of this app. These are: 1. Instructions screens, teaching users how to play the game 2. A screen for users to select a track 3. Option to have a track randomly selected 4. A screen for users to select the number of players 5. A karaoke-style game play screen which includes: - Prompts that appear, counting down to when each player will sing, based on the track and number of players selected - Pause and rewind buttons - Note that at this point scoring is not needed - An end screen offering users the choice to exit or play again, and encouraging them to Like on Facebook and rate on the app store The overall goal is to upload this game to the app store, so there must be no issues (eg copyright, bugs) that would prevent this. Also, I may want to modify tracks, or add new tracks from time to time. I am hoping to avoid the need to contact the developer each time I want to do this. Therefore I am also requesting that the developer write a document explaining which sections of code need to be modified in order to achieve this.
