I need a custom Android ROM for Q-com devices, I have a base ROM that can be modified. I need a custom animation of our logo for the startup and another for close down, It would also need to boot into our own launcher then our own APK. the ROM needs to be able to make and receive phone calls and SMS and a web browser in the background for displaying images
