Create a simple video player using Exoplayer's PlayerView

Hi, I need a video player for android app in which a user can play video using a static URL. You have to use PlayerView of ExoPlayer Library. But you can even also suggest something different. These are the functionalities I need: 1. Full screen and small screen mode (without any lag or delay) 2. Quality change option. 3. Play video from a source URL 4. All other functionality like play, pause, progress, buffering, etc. Only bid if you have more than 5-year experience or an expert of ExoPlayer.
