Continue React Native Project

Hello, I have an application that I started with other freelancer, he leave the project and I need to continue. I want to create a project where I can try a service with design and functionality similar to Uber: • Log in by mail, Gmail or social networks. • GPS tracking of the service provider. • Payment by card and cash. • Service reservation. • Customer location with location option on the map. • Service rating (Score and Anonymous Comments). • Chat for communication between • Texts inside i18n archives - Internationalization • Adaptability of creating new services without updating the application. • Selection of color palette for the service to be provided. • Among others. I have two mobile applications (App Client and App Service Provider and we need to make some changes) and an administration platform for the management of services (new and current), rates and information in general. The application is on react native, with backend in AWS. In the future, I want to have AR / VR service in the application. Project Proposals 1. 2 Apps( APP client and App service provider) Development 1) I will develop the apps using react native So I will save the development time and provide the structured component and page and send iOS version and Android version at the same time. 2) For GPS tracking and Displaying the location on the google map, Client will provide me the Google api key. According to it, I will display the customer’s location and track the service provider. So service provider will send the own location on the server. 3) I18n archives: when the client give me the country name or language, will provide it as the module. 4) Admin dashboard will add the services information, prices, employees and clients information, etc. 2. Backend and Admin panel and API development 1) I will develop the backend and admin panel and API using the Codeigniter as the php framework. 2) And will use the MySQl database and according to the condition will use firebase real time database. 3) For communication between the app client and service provider, between the backend and apps, will provide the APIs. 4) And I will provide the Admin panel (admin dashboard) for management of services and rates and information. 5) And upload the Backend on the AWS. 3. The freelancer leave an app with the design and some functionalities, I have only $650 to finish all the project and I want to finish soon as possible.
