Configure Existing Android App and Submit it to the Google Play Store

We have an android app that we purchased for our Church. It needs to be configured and then submitted to the Google Play Store. We have a developers account as we have one app being submitted to the Play Store already. I only have a few days to get this done. You can see the app that was purchased here.
