CIFilters for iOS 13 App

I need CIFilters for iOS 13 App I already have a design for it. The output CIImage will be rendered to the screen and recorded to local files in real-time. This is for iOS 13+ and the expectation is to use the MetalKit framework for rendering so the use of OpenGL is not permitted. No other image capture or rendering code is required outside of being able to showcase the working filters. There is no requirement to support MacOS at this time. The input images will always be 1080x1080 square cropped extents with the output being the same. Due to the nature of the final desired results of the filters, it is expected that there is a requirement for some level of custom shader/kernel work alongside the stock CoreImage API's 3rd party libraries will be considered in the code if they are adequately referenced and open-sourced under the correct licence terms. This is the first of many such items in our backlog so we are also looking for a freelancer that we can form a longer-term relationship with so our focus is on someone who can deliver with the minimum of fuss and time whilst providing a high-quality end product.
