Build iOS App copy

Hi there, We are looking for someone to build a copy of the Zalo Instant Messenger platform, but include our logo and make additional modifications. Specific details will be given upon acceptance of contract. However, there are a few things we would like to mention first: 1. Must be done in iOS 2. Must be posted on the App Store 3. Should be done in 3 weeks. 4. Must speak English (for instruction clarification) 5. Must download Zalo App to evaluate. 6. Must be comfortable adding a GPS feature to our version of the application. User sends message that gets broadcasted a radius of 5km from user’s location. 7. Must have experience building iOS apps and uploading to the App Store 8. App can be created in Native or Non-Native code, as it is not for launch. *Preference will be given to those that show “AWESOME” recently made Apps! *Preference will be given to those that want to join our Start-up team, if there’s a synergy! This platform is a demo MVP for a Venture Capital meeting.
