I'd like to be able to Open an app or web tool from a handheld device (ideally with a hot button) that immediately gives me three options: 1)take picture (two max), 2) record audio (five secs max), or 3) write some text (180 characters max). With the pic, audio, or text the location and time is also recorded. This goes into a list that the user is then prompted at a predetermined time everyday to review. The list should contain the files to action including the time and location information. If the item hasn't been actioned within a predetermined (24hr or 48hr) period the file is archived or deleted. I essentially want a list or log of things to do without the faff of existing solutions!

Ok so its kind of app like you do something you record it and further it needs action. (who will do the action of a task ?) i have worked with android camera, web apis, location. i have experience working with over 150 projects in the past. Do you have design for the app ? Do you have server or you will provide apis ? The app will be local or it will be connected with remote server ? lets chat to talk more about the project and proceed to development.
